This web site was conceived to compile a colourful focus on the Navies of the World, which as you can well imagine is a formidable task, and so far it is been my fortune to have superb back up from a great team of photographers, especially all those at fotosdebarcos.com and www.shipspotting.com who have been willing to donate their vast range of pictures to this site for display. It is easier for us to continually update the pages, far more so than the large bi-annually large printed editions, but we really do require up to date information that is contributed on a regular basis to keep this site right up to date. The web site itself is intended to be highly visual, highly photographic, highly informative and, apart from some archive material, totally in colour! We thank everybody who has contributed so far in getting this project moving, no matter how much, or how little information (and sometimes it is the small snippets of information that really help!) has been submitted in order to bring this whole dream to fruition. Please give us the time to bring these pages up to date and also please give the pages time to load due to the large photographic content involved, thank you. All photographs used will be credited to the author and attempts will always be made to contact the person concerned with reference to publication. It would be appreciated if readers could inform us of any broken links.

Regards
